I've recently had a third attempt on veganism (this time successful, phew), and my husband is allergic to animal protein and wants to ditch dairy as well now, so there has been a lot of change in the kitchen lately - meaning more cooking involving legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. I'm not hugely fond of Sunbeam products as I've had a lot of negative experiences, and I had to return this one after just 2 uses as it completely stopped working! There are so many animals that sadly need to be culled, so it's much better for them to be put to such good use- tasty too!
